I don't believe my luck. After one of the worse days at work ever, I go to the car park to find someone has reversed into my pride & joy and cracked the front bumper, resulting in a severe loss of paint, bumper and the drivers side lampwasher cover. BTW, the crack runs from the middle of the grill right across to the headlamp Any idea how much I can expect to pay for another bumper?? It's an S reg new spec Ultima 2.3 in metallic blue. It just ain't my week (make that eon!)

Thanks for the suggestion but already looked. The biggest kick in the teeth is that next Friday i'm meant to be chauffeur for my niece's wedding - she likes my car that much. Somehow I don't think she will like my driving her to her wedding with the bumper all broken!

| Hmm... if not, I'm in Kent. And if there's a nice facelift bumper up for grabs, I might just be interested

Sorry mate. Don't mean to tread on your toes. You can, of course, have first dibs. As I said, if you don't have it or want to travel....

If you need a replacement car for the day, mine is available. I would have to drive of course but you could sit in the back and watch the TVs with the bride and groom!! Baz

I am quite taken with this one, probably cos the reg number ending matches ours Not sure what they mean by high mileage, could be anywhere upwards of 100k I guess so maybe too much but here it is anyway.... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=9844&it em=4528845950&rd=1 Cheers

Hi Baz - This car has been around a while - I have spoken to the owner - lives in France He originally said he would not let it go for anything under GBP 3000 Captain
