Hi guys, just joined as I'm the latest owner of a 2.0 16v Scorpio. It's great. Previous owner fitted leather seats, I've managed to connect them up, with help from previous posts, however, the light on the dash is flashing four times, indicating the seat belt pre-tensioner is open circuit, is this the yellow three way connector under the seat, that isn't connected to anything, if so, which wires go where to the seat, ie/ what colours to what?
Future post will be regarding the awfull jerking when the auto box changes gear, later.

have u checked the wiring diagrams on the main page
perhaps there may be an answer there.
have u checked under the carpet for any connectors
check along the side of the gearbox u may have to take
the seat out to search properley,

Hi,
Just a piece of advice! be cautious regarding the seat belt pre-tensioner! If you are going to be working on it, make sure the lock is in place, usually attached to it by a tie and locks into place at the end of the pre-tensioner!
