gear box slip

 hi all got 2.3 scorpio auto that seems to slip between 2/3 gear dose nt do it all the time but is now getting worse any surgestion thanks Andy

Could be as simple a thing as low fluid level (especially if it happens when cold).
Check that first. If no joy then, do you have access to an OBD set-up?

checked levels ok have not got access to OBD set up to get it scaned, had word with a garage he said no point in scanning it because no engine management light on but i cant find one so still lost and still slipping any more surgestion would be helpfull cheers Andy

Scorpio's don't have a MIL (malfunction indicator light).
Find a member who can meet you and do a scan 
ps. where abouts are you?

To far away from me (Barnet, Herts) but there's guy's in that neck of the woods!!
Try a new post in probs asking if anyone is close to you, you know "urgent OBD scan needed in ............"
