Expensive bolt!

The ball joints on my Scorp have had it and a little while before Easter I ordered all the bits (suspension arms, rear bushes and all the relevant bolts) from Ford Parts UK. On the 29th my credit card was debited for £243.89. Today my "shipment" arrived ......... in a jiffy bag by recorded mail.  One single solitary bolt, with no paperwork.  Hopefully the rest of it is in transit somewhere. I've emailed them but not had a reply yet. Anyone else had any probs with them?

Where did u order from Nodge? If its fordparts i believe them to be quite good..... keep us posted

i had lots of stuff off them and not had any probs and they are normaly fast at getting back to you try ringing trevor at ford parts

did have a problem with my mats never turning up,but rang trevor,he said he would look into that very day and kick some ass,an e-mail  was received that evening,stating that somebody had been given a b****ing,and they were now on there way,2 days later,they did indeed arrive...
top marks......
give it a day or so,then call or e-mail trevor,he WILL sort you out.....

Had the following from Trevor this afternoon...
 
Hello John.
The bulk of the order was despatched Tuesday via Parcel force.
The oustanding bolt was despatched yesterday via 1st class post.
It seems that the bolt has overtaken the rest of the order and got to you first.
I would expect you to recieve the rest of the order very soon.

I am sure they wait on the corner until everyone leaves the house and then attempt to deliver.

And don't be disheartened.... The FordParts guys are usually top notch. Stick with them.
