The warning chime on my 96 2.9.12v Ultima saloon that warns if you have not put the gear selector into Park keeps sounding even though Park has engaged. Shoving the selector forward stops it but it is annoying. I suspect a switch but I don`t know where to look.
I would quite happily disconnect the chime, I have only ever driven automatics so don`t need reminding to use Park.
