After sorting the "2.9 12v, no spark - mouse ?" problem by replacing the coil I have discovered much of the electrical equipment doesn`t work. The non-functioning bits include:- Front headlights, sidelights & foglights All indicators High speed wipers ( and wiper park ) Windscreen washer Working bits include:- Hazard flashers Rear lights Brake lights Heater fan, instrument & interior lights. I assume ( hope ! ) something has been dislodged whilst poking about sorting the other problem, any suggestions where best to start ? TIA Paul Boulden

Underside of the fusebox for a start. It is common for the connectors to come loose, more usually affecting headlamps. Access up and under above the gas pedal, remove a bit of trim, get your bum in the air and you should see it. eddie

Paul, I seem to recall that you had disconnected the battery?. Previous posts have referred to a black lead to the battery which can fall behind the battery and get 'missed' in the re-connection process. Just a thought.HTH Simmo

Thanks for advice, problem now solved ( don`t know about the "bum in the air" bit, with my disability it would require a large amount of grease and a small crane to get me up on my feet again ). Turns out that the large black plug in front of the drivers side fusebox ( under the cover, secured with a metal catch ) had not been replaced properly. Now all is fine. Many thanks, Paul Boulden
