Hi meatman From a personal point of view I would say better to get in replaced, I had a very small leak in my 24v last bank holiday I did try a rad weld product but under power one day the bottom blew out of my rad the cost for me to have it repaired £400.00, £290 for the new rad + labour charges boy oh boy was I gutted Hope you make the right move Cheers Shaun

The radiator for the 12v is the same as the older granada as is readily available . I did a write up for the site about changing mine last year and its here http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/radiator.htm Cost about £140 I think without looking.
