Front bumper skin

Hi all
Some kind preson has driven into my front and cracked the plastic, is still in one piece, so i am thinking that if i can get the skin off and sping it back into shape. Then i may get away with a bit of filler and a respray.
How easy is bumper removal? does the skin come off? any one done similar?

2 screws in each wheel arch...
open the bonnet,2 bolts either side of the headlight...
remove the plastic that attaches to the side of the headlamp (3 torx screws on each),behind these 2 bolts holding the bumper on,unclip the bumper from the side fixings (just pull away).......
JOB DONE..i was a little apprehensive about removing mine,bt all in all,quite easy....
