Air Con Leak?

My ’96 12V Ultima had its first A/C re-gas last year but had been working OK until not long before. Sadly it then lost all its gas earlier this year. I found it was gently bubbling out through the low pressure filler which was covered in UV dye. The A/C man found the condenser leaking when he pressure tested it and said he thought the filler would probably reseal when he re-gassed the system. And so it seemed. I checked the filler several times and then forgot about it till a week ago when the A/C failed again and once again it was gently bubbling through the LP filler. The A/C man re-gassed it foc and it seems fine again. I have put uninflated party balloons over both the fillers and sealed them tightly so that the slightest leak of gas should partly inflate them. So far they are as flat as pancakes.
Does any one know if these fillers can just let go for no reason then re-seal or do you think maybe there is another leak somewhere and the fillers fail to seal at low pressure or if the pressure is fluctuating because of lack of gas?
Does any one know the UV wavelength to hunt the leak? My eprom eraser and a disco “black light” do nothing for the dye.
