Air Con Strangeness

Hi all, Hope you're enjoying the nice weather (those who have got nice weather that is...) I would enjoy it too, but my Climate Control has started acting all bizarre. Left work this evening - warm outside and sunny, so I put CC on to 'LO' to get cool air. What did I get? Hot air! Not just outside-ambient-temperature warm, but full-on hot! Drove for 10 mins to the shops, when I came out, 45 mins later, the air con was blowing out warm-ish air (kind of outside-ambient-temperature warm, I guess). Stopped to get petrol, when I left the gas station 5 minutes later, CC is back to blowing lovely cold air again... Anybody got any bright ideas...? Quick, before the sun goes in! Cheers, N_H

Ah, I hadn't exactly tried a reset, no... Just got in from my journey and called for help Have just given it a go - it just displayed '00' all the time, so I'm guessing that means no faults found - will see how it behaves from now on. Cheers, N_H

Hi Nick, Check that the two water outlet valves ( About 25 mm O.D. black pipes ) located on the bulkhead are not blocked. I had temperature problems due to condensate being retained. Cleaning the outlets resolved my problem. Best Wishes 73' Malcolm
