Pre -Wired Towing Kit

Hi everybody, 
I have just fitted a tow bar normal problems with rust and torque bolts (LOL) had to Ground two off. 
I am now on the wiring to the connecter Bracket
I see there are (Five) wires to each light cluster Right and Left.
(Four) wires to the Number Plate light.
And (Sixteen) wires to the central light cluster that holds the reversing lights and fog lights.
Can anyone easily tell me which wires go to the connector as below
1 (L) Yellow left hand direction indicator lamp
2 (54G) Blue Rear fog lamp
3 (31) White Earth
4 (R) Green Right hand direction indicator lamp
5 (58R) Brown Right hand tail, side, & number plate light
6 (54) Red Stop lamps
7 (58L) Black Left hand tail & side lamps
8 (58B) Purple Towing vehicle rear fog lamps
PS (I have a Scorpio saloon 1998 model if the colours change
