Having just replaced my heater matrix and followed the instructions on the sister Scorpio site I now find that the ducting on the drivers side will not go back onto matrix housing. The real problem section is the oval duct positioned more towards the steering wheel, this now seems to short to get back onto the housing. Housing has been replaced back in the exact same location so it's not out of position. Has anyone come up with a custom mod that joins this ducting to the matrix housing? I am working on something myself right now but if anyone has already made something it would be useful to take a look. Thanks

This problem is now fixed with some customisation on my part of the ducting lengths on the drivers side. Just a small insertion of additional pipe was all that was required,...oh and lots of duct tape!
