ignition lock fuse blows

fuse 13 in the main fuse box blow every now and then i have replaced both fuse boxes and changed the battery which as sorted the problem with the charge light staying on so thought ihad solved the fuse blowing problem but alas i have not i have done a check using thetrip meter button which reads pulses 60 when in the read out it saya 52 by the way its a P reg t.d.i 2.5 and the battery was reading 14.2 any clues as to where to start looking cheers
