my scorpio 1996 frog eye alarm went off and the horn stopped, but the indicators kept going. I tried to unlock the car but cannot get in. Neither the keys or alarm fob work. Please help!

I had this very same problem...........drill out the door lock mate !!!

passenger side......start off with pilot drill bit and work up to 10 mm.......when this baby goes through, it will pop off the locking mech on the inside of door and will open the door.......obviously you will need a replacement door lock and either go the rebuils route or complete new lockset.....remember with the new lockset, it will have to be reprog'd by ford or competant locksmoth with equipment....
If all your locks are not responding, I would replace the lot.....

well, i can help with most bits for replacement. if your car was not double locked, id opt for taking the drivers door glass out(break it) (can supply)  and tackle the lock from the inside. (can supply)

my mrs locked our keys in the boot once(not alarmed) and this was how i solved it.

my only concern is, if your alarm is still active, breaking a window may interfere with the PATS sytem, and to what extent, i dont know, and im not sure how easy it will be to reset.

PLEASE ask more experienced members out the pats system BEFORE breaking glass.

I have sent you a PM asking you to contact me and I will supply details of how to gain entry into the car without doing any damage. If the car is double locked then you will still not be able to open the doors without unlocking it. that is the purpose of double /dead locks
