Lost idle - 24V

Hi all,

I think it's a typical X-files story (for me, at least).

The story: the car was running great, but my alternator died, so I repaired it, and put it back. Meanwhile I was thinking about replacing the inlet gaskets. So I took off everything, even the fuel rails, because I've dropped a small screwdriver to the top of the engine block. I assembled the whole thing, started the engine, but it does not run. Double checked all the vacuum hoses and electrical connectors, tried again, the same. It starts, but then dies immediately. If I try to pump the accelerator, sometimes it dies, sometimes it can rev up nice, but when releasing the accelerator, it dies in a second. There's no idle at all. Triple-checked everything, all looks normal.  Huh

For info:
-the car was running great, without any problems, before I started to work on it
-MAF, throttle house and valve, IACV is clean
-it looks there's no vacuum leak (triple-checked)
-it looks there's no inlet leak (triple-checked)
-wiring loom is not damaged, as I could see

Any ideas are welcome, I really appreciate all the tips you give.

Thanks in advance.

PS: for more surprises, yesterday the coolant started to leak from the radiator (but the car wasn't moving a meter in the last week!!).  Huh

No ideas?

Yesterday I've checked the PATS, but there isn't any troubles, and checked the fuel-cut-off switch, that's also fine. The puel pump seems to operate correctly also.

My battery was a bit weak, I've measured 12,13V so I put on the charger for the night.
