Heater Blower

Hi all
I have touched on this subject before but, when the heater is on either hot or cold there is no air coming out of the vents after about 20 mins.
If I move the dial from windscreen to body it keeps the flow going for longer but it still stops.
Could it be the HBC?

It would be the thing I would first check - the HBC could be overheating. The main site has a write up on it http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/hbctest.htm
