obviously you are not getting power to the drivers door controls at all, start by removing the "multi console" check all contacts/plugs are secure. if no joy, check fuse, and use a testmeter/light to determine last point of voltage.

Go to this page. http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/handbook.htm and go top pages 130 to 134. Try fuses 25 and 26 and then check the relay.

Page 134 of the handbook (See link above) says there is one, coloured brown in the Drivers door. See relays outside the fuseboxes.

Had the same problem with a 2.3 ultima 2 years ago. Remove the drivers door panel and find a black cassette aprox 5in x 3in x 0.5in.....remove the feed in plug and test all the pins with a simple volt tester [a couple of pounds from Maplin] and one of them should be 12 volt ...mine read 3 or 5. If you can't find one @ 12 volt ,let me know and I'll strip my door to find the colour[I think it was orange, but not 100% sure].  If this is the case, send a fused wire direct from the battery live to this pin and see if this solves it. Mine did , so I made it permanent, though I'm sure if you re-post it someone may suggest a better or more safe a  solution. Should your car be fitted with this black cassette, forget about  the brown relay in the drivers door.....I spent hours looking for one......there isn't one...though I have now seen where it lives on other models. Hope this helps.
