electric seats

cars got electric front seats drivers seat will recline but will not return upright,passenger seat works fine any ideas,i have taken motor out of seat so i could get it back up switch clicks both ways but motor only goes down.

surely if the modual has blown would not both seat be affected,as ones works fine and it seems there is only one modual
