After following fault finding procedure code 57 appeared on passenger side. I can't see this code listed anywhere or am I being thick! Have reset and things seem ok. Any thoughts out there? Have preg cossie.

i think we all pretty much have code 57,keep resetting and it should disappear eventually,relates to a faulty HBC if i remember

Generally it seems that the HBC is progressively failing from new, hence the wacking great lump of Aluminium riveted onto the heat sink. If you get 57 linked to intermittent fan problems, with groans and whines you are probably going to have to bite the bullet. Good news is it is a 2 minute job to replace. On the Scorpio with CC its only a matter of time not if but when. Geoff
