Air bypass screw!

Hello, Eric R and all!
Please, explain me about air bypass bolt with allen head on the throttle housing tucked beneath IACV in between air inlet hoses. It was disturbed by incompetent FMD mechanic  struggling with poor idle. How much should i Unscrew that from fully closed position in order to achieve proper engine operation. My car is 2.0 16V 1995!
