Hi Scorpio Members.. Just a little question - today I removed the radiator and the airconditioner element in front of the radiator. I discovered a small radiator under the large one.. What is the function of this small radiator?? (Owner of a 12V)

While you're looking at it, inspect the alloy tubes feeding it. Especially if the sponge distance piece is still attached. They corrode badly (and burst) with disastrous results. Clean off any corrosion and treat generously with Hammerite paint.

You are certainly right.. The fittings to the small radiator are totally worn out - corrosion. Had to drill a new hole to attach it. The aircondion radiator mounting is also in a bad shape ( The two lower bolts).. I would also advise other scorpio owners to check the condition of these systems. That is the mounting of ; the aircondion, the gearbox oil radiator and the power steering oil cooler..
