Heater Blower Will Not Work

I am at a loss as my heater blower will not work, having checked the fuses they all seem ok, however trying to find the relay (the handbook says it should be under the glovebox) I cannot locate it, any suggestions! the car is a 97 2.3 Ultima. The other small problem is that I am currently in southeast Spain any help to my email would be great. alankemp77@hotmail.com
