My OD light was on for a journey a month back ..on investigation a pipe was loose from the EGR and that stopped the od light coming back..but somethings not right the engine speed is racing when the box is changing. when we ran an OBD the code came up for a shift soleinoid c problemHuh Could this be the problem?? or does this sound like this VSS sensor is failing..its doing my nut in now and i cant relax thinking the box may be on way out. colour and smell of fluid r fine.Should I get the codes cleared after the last test as wellHuh

hi there

you need to take a note of all the codes and then clear them.

check it again after a few days and see it any come back. check if they are the same or different. if different, it could be wiring at fault.
