CRAK PULLY AND OIL LEAK

 Pulling into a petrol station in my 2.5 diesel scorop. power steering went, looked under the bonnet to descover two things, belt had come off due to the outer part of the crank pully had come away from the inner part, which was still attached and, had an oil leak.
The pully I have obtained from Fords, £120! But the oil seems to be coming from the vaccuum feed from the pump behind the alternator which goes to the servo, the question is, SHOULD THERE BE OIL in this pipe, a very confused, Subski
