Yes, hit one this morning, Christmas Morning!!!
 
80+ Mph!  
 
I'll never forget the look on its face as it realised at the last minute it was a FACELIFT bumper!!!
 
After removing what was left of it from inside the bumper it doesnt look too bad (bumper that is, not the pheasant), damage is mainly round the number plate area and the bumper structure is still solid i'll have a go at repairing it Smiley

P.s.  
Pheasant for sale, Non runner!, some bodywork needed, most of the interior has been removed but available if required.

The December edition of Car Mechanics has a comprehensive article about repairing plastic bumpers. It follows the procedure through a body shop with all the gear,of course,but the principles and techniques may help if you are not familiar with this type of repair.  Good luck.
