Caburettor spirit?

I´ve received some caburettor spirit (translated from danish) from my cusin. One is supposed to use it in combination with the gasoline. The bottle says that it prevents corrosion in the gasoline system - and that it cleans the combustion chamber..
Furthermore it should improve the overall fuel economy..
The declaration says that it simply contains isopropyl alcohol
Does any of you make use of this product in the wintertime ? Should I?
