2007 cd changer... AGAIN !!!!!

when i press the cd button on my 2007 radio ,i get "error 5 " flash up on the disply ... my operating guide tells me this is a stuck disc !!!! iv tried everything to get it free and the disc magazine out ... but no way can i get the magazine to pop out ,,,, anyone know how i can do it  ? i read on here something about a small hole you put a small nail in and it frees it any help you guys thanks

Hi,
Yes there is a small hole on the left hand side near the connector - push a nail or small screwdriver in and the cassette should pop out!
If a disk is still in the cd itself you may have to take the cover off to get to it - but if you leave it for a while without the cassette the disk may come out on its own accord - this happened on my old unit anyway!

hi.. me again..
managed to get the magazine out dead easy... BUT.. with no magazine in it still shows error 5 .. ?? on looking again at my ford audio systems book .(ha,ha,ha)error 5 is nothing to do with stuck discs (dont know where i got that one from guys ) its "problem with the CD changer control mechanism "i
is this as bad as it sounds ? is there anything i can do or is it a new CD changer unit ?
plzz help guys ,,,, im lost without my music...

p.s.... the magazine still wouldnt eject when i press the eject button ... i have to push a matchstick in the little hole ... HELP.. .
