Just had the head fitted back on and after making sure that everything is set at TDC and cams are in the correct location the crank is turned twice (to turn the cam once) but this then creates a sag in the timing chain at the top between the cam cogs. Chain is tight before turning and we have checked that the tensioner is activated. (Note: In the manual it states that T30 Torx is required to un-do and re-tension the tensioner but this is too big on the tensioner fitted to my car, more like a T26). Is this normal or are we missing something here?

Anyone got a picture of a tensioner for the 24v completely disassembled so we can see the component make-up of this item? This is the one on the inside face of the right-hand head as you look at the engine from the front of the car.
