Recently had a new clutch installed on my 2.3 Scorpio. Since then my engine in idiling at 1200 revs and when driving it does not respond when I take my foot of accelerator -- continues for few seconds to run at high revs (3000 + ) Have checked the obvious things but no luck. I do have a small crack in inlet manifold (very small water leak) Is it possible that air may be getting sucked in through this crack. Any ideas and thanks for any assistance.
