Question about OBD-reader from OBD-2.com

Hi!
As I've understood it the OBD-reader from OBD-2.com is somewhat of a favourite in this club.
On his webpage it says that the tool is for 1996 and newer cars. Although I know that the tool works on Scorpio he hasn't listed it in the " Vehicle Network, Connector Locator and Scan Tool Selector".
My question is: Does it work on a 1995 Ford Scorpio?
From what I've read on this webpage it should work, but I want to be absolutely sure before I buy.
