Heated Front Windscreen

The Drivers side is working but passengers side is not (unusual I know). I have checked the fuses, the relays and pretty much everything else. The unusual factor with my problem is that the Front windscreen switch is constantly 'ON' and I cannot turn it off. Could a faulty switch be causing the passengers side windscreen problems?

The front windscreen has a double power supply, meaning it has two separate circuits. A small chip in the glas could have damaged half of it. The switch shouldn't stay on al the time, something is defently wrong with it.
