Warning light rear o/s door open

First I'd like to say a big thank you for the the instructions for replacing the heater matrix (the biggest job I'm ever and am ever going to do on a car). After I finally got the car, dash etc back together and stopped patting myself on the back I realised that the dashboard display is showing that the rear off-side door is open (when it's clearly locked). Is this just a case of a dodgy connection at the back of the instrument display
or is there a reset / test proceedure I can do?

Don't know of a reset proceudre for that may well just be a dodgy connection. Other may know more>
