Heated rear screen

I have a '95 2000 exec I noticed that my rearscreen switch light was staying on removed switch screen still on checked relays seemed OK could it be the timer module? where is it and can I do anything with it.

How do you mean staying on? Do you mean the orange light in the center which indicates the HRW is powered, or just the green illuminated symbol? If so, mine stays lit whilst the ignition is on, even if all other lights are turned off! Darren

Hi Darren I mean the orange light but as I said even with the switch removed the HRW still has power going to it checked with a meter

Yeah a lot of Scorpios were specified new with the "self healing" pack - mine only partially works now though
