Replacing inlet manifold on 2.3 Ultima R reg

Hi everyone
Not being a mechanic, I would appreciate advice on removing and replacing the inlet manifold on my Scorpio Ultima 2.3 R reg. I managed to buy one on Ebay thanks to advice off a kind member on here and if its not too difficult I would like to do it myself. Incidently if anyone is interested the guy I'm buying off is breaking a Scorpio Ultima R reg and parts are very reasonable. Anyone interested please let me know as I have his telephone number and would inquire for you. (My way of showing appreciation to members helping me)

No prob, but lookin at your name fairly easy to assume you have a cosworth. I've seen plenty advertised down this end (West Midlands) so if you want I'll make inquiries an if successfull email you phone nos etc
