I dont think you can, are you sure its not just sticking? possibly a bit of corrosion or needing lubricated to let it seat properly?

hi-if you push your sun blind back, there are 3 screws on the front frame the middle one is under the plastic clip.undo the screwsand push the frame back to expose the sunroof.if you look in the sides you will see the sunroof panel frame is held on with three screws (pozi heads)on each side undo slightly and you should be able to lower the sunroof glass.beware the front screws may be corroded and will be impossible to move.as i found out when wanting to replace sunroof with another one(frame was corroded)had to remove s/roof and runners in one unit.hth

Thank you very much. I think that this is the help I need (and proberly others) Its raining in Denmark right now, but when the sun come back in next week (I hope!) I will start the projekt, and hope the screws not are corroded to much. maybee the drillling machine can help me. Its great we all have the same fantastic car, and we cann help each other. Me and my wife love the Scorpio and we will cry if something bad happens with it. The new Scorpio is THE CAR forever!

i would be wary of drilling,as that part of frame is plastic ,the screws go into metal inserts.

FANTASTIC. I've got the same problem. I have put a strip of Nitto Foam along the front edge to stop the wind noise, but you can't beat a proper fix. Nice one Meg
