On a 600 mile round trip last week I noticed that the car, a 97 2.3 ultima auto, wouldn't pull as normal up the "hills" on the motorway. It would very slowly lose speed and no amount of cajoling would get it to accelarate. Once back on the level it went like a steam train again as happy as a butchers dog. Could this be a temporary fuel starvation problem and if so what would you suggest or is it something more sinister. Thanks, as always Keith

Sounds like it could be another coil pack problem. See the posting - 'funny things happening', on page two.
