Hi Joanne: Firstly.....Don't panic. It's only jammed. The CD changer will work fine again. You just need to get the magazine out . You'll have to remove the CD autochanger unit from the car. Remove it from its bracket and disconnect the plugs from the back of it. Don't work on it with the power leads connected whatever you do. Could cause lots of nasty problems. Find a nice table or something, make yourself a nice cup of tea, kept well away from the unit of course, and slowly but confidently start work on it. You CAN do this......... Remove the cover, and you'll probably be able to work out just where the CD magazine is jamming. Go GENTLY trying to ease it out. Use thin, flat tools to try and work out where it's got stuck. Thin (and I mean thin), screwdrivers, rounded table knife blades....that sort of thing. Nothing sharp. You shouldn't use any force. If it won't come out one way, try it another until it gives it back! G E N T L Y is the secret. If you need to dismantle further, then make a written note of exactly what you remove, and in which order. A digital camera can be very useful here. Don't let it frighten you. It's jammed, that's all. It should come out without too much of a problem, and with a bit of care. You CAN do this!! Let us know how you get on. Some of these singers deserve to be played upside down anyway!!

You get hold of that thingy joystick, and aim for the ground. The faster it comes up, the more you haul backwards on it. Try Microsoft Flight Simulator. loads of fun!! You can pile 747's into the ground over and over again until you get it right!! Next week. How to dismantle Left Handed Walking Sticks, and turn Red Wine into Water! (Hint...You have to drink it........)
