Exhaust End Sleeve

Hi Guys & Gals,
Can anyone help,
It looks as if the chrome sleeve that fits around the exhaust tail-pipe of my Ultima, Has fallen off.
Are replacements avaliable, or does it mean a new rear exhaust box.

I think that is just a cosmetic thing fitted over the end of the pipe, I don't have one on my ultima estate
