Power Steering Fluid Leak - 24V

Where the hoses enter the tower on top of the steering rack I have a fluid leak. The hoses and securing plate are not readily accessable and I entrused my small local garage to replace each of the "O" rings.
It is not easy to measure an "O" ring and they replaced the original rings with what appeared to be correct rings, however the leak persists. I have attempted to purchase new rings from Ford but they are not listed and are only supplied complete with hoses at over £150.
Does anyone have any information that may help resolve this problem. Thank you.

yeah, i had a bad leak on mine a couple of months back......turned out the rack was broken, cost me 405 quid.
that wasnt much help was it.......
