Thermostat O rings

HELLO ALL
My 24v is still causings problems.
The thermostat housings after removing several times for other work on engine, the "o" rings are perished, the local and other suppliers are still waiting for ford to deliver.
So chaps I am looking for help, a set of "o" rings would be great or the sizes of the rings ( I probley can get them locally)failing all that mayby a sechand housing complete,
I think the distance piece on mine has gone oval, any kind of help would be greatly appriciated.
