All of a sudden the central locking on my 1995 Ultima has gone berserk. It has suddenly started locking and unlocking itself very quickly and only stops when the drivers door is closed when it stops in the locked position. It has never done this before. Any idea's.

Sounds like there is a problem with one of the locks not securing properly. This usually happens when there is an interuption to the locking sequence. Try WD40 on all locks including boot and bonnet alarm switch and see if it's your lucky day!!.Have you checked the fuel cut off switch in the boot as if that is not properly set it can cause all manner of problems.
