PCV breather on cylinder block!

Hello!
Fighting with interminently racing idle I've nried nearly all the methods suggested jn the main site except changing HO2S, but to no avail.
But on friendly Ford Mondy site I've read that dirty/stuck PCV valve that on my 2.0l 16V sits on the block under exhaust manifold. I'd like to dismantle it and give a good clean or repalce. But how can i do it.
Any advise is welcome!
