Missing part...

I recently purchased a Scorpio 2.3 Ultima from my father. When I gave the interior its first clean, I found this just lying around under the driver's seat (all images 640x480 max...):

The Ford part number is 85GB-A131K12. We've checked all over the car, but my dad and I have no clue as where this is from.

Anyone got any ideas?

they belong under the back of the front seats where the seat bolts are screwd in on the floor they kind of slide in btwn the bolts and there should be a little screw which goes through the middle of the cover

Thanks, guys.

The screw, unfortunately, is nowhere to be found. Is there any particular size/type that I should be replacing it with?

Should be the same as the ones holding the cable path covers (look right inside the door frame, next to the chrome at the bottom. )

It is actually a plastic cap type thing which has a X head and screws onto a captive thread .
