Hi all I'm not even sure if this qualifies as a problem but I've noticed that recently my car has started to judder a bit when (and only when) the steering is on full lock. It is almost as if I were driving over a cattle grid and is definitely comming from the front wheels, but only for the first couple of rotations, after which the car is straight back to normal. If the car is manouvured with the steering well over but not on lock then there is no problem. Am I looking a worn out front suspension bushes or something here? Cheers Penguin

Most power steering systems judder when the wheel is on full lock. You may also get slight hissing or groaning noises. So long as these go immediately on removing full lock, and the car is steering properly, then you haven't got a problem. It's quite normal.
