Electric seats seized (solved problem)

In case any of you have this problem... I let my daughter and her friend play with the electric seats for about 10 minutes and then of course the drivers seat got stuck with the seat angled fully forward.
RAC couldn't fix.  Ford main dealer (we were on hols) charged me £40 + said needed new seat (£400 +).
Solution I found is to unbolt the seat. (Five screws onto chassis - bit fiddly but with socket set all OK) then unclip three colour coded sockets / wires under the seat - then by removing the leather at the back of the seat you can get to the mechanism for the seat reclinging.  There were three cogs all connected - by bending back the smaller cog connected to the motor this allowed me to angle the seat myself using a screw driver to push round the middle larger cog.  Now the seat is back in I can adjust this in situ.   Luckily the forward and back is also now working.  There are five seperate motors in the seat - looks very complicated under there.
Moral - however much fun... do not allow children to play with the electric seats.
Happy ending - I found about 6 £1 coins and about £5 in loose change under the seat!!
