My 95 20ltr 5 speed estate lurches when i accelerate or take my foot off the pedal at speed. I can feel a forward and backward movement through the gear shift. Is it a prop shaft, cv joint or bushes? Any ideas

Most likely a CV joint but you would really need to check to make sure as it could be a few things
