Had a new rad fitted recently and since then the TCS warning light is on - by itself not with the ABS. After turning on ignition the lights extinguish normally but after about 1 min the TCS light comes on even with the car stationary. The fault code in the module is 5495 - TCS throttle plate - potentiometer electrical or mechanical. Any body any ideas where to look for the trouble ? Malcolm

hi there sounds like somethings been disturbed when fitting the radiator. the contol cable and module (behind pass h/light) are all just above the radiator. this is where i'd check first. the cable runs around the engine bay (about 6' long). hth
