wiper puzzle -help!!!!!!!!!

i recently replaced the wiper linkage and got it new wiper arms and blades as well...fitted it and everything was fine...now when i cancel the wipers they cancel pointing up to the sky and not flush to the bottom of the windscreen,have refitted and checked everything..anyone no whats the prob its annoying me now!!!!!

hi there
did you reset the wiper motor before fitting the linkage? if not, disconnect the linkage and operate the motor for a few seconds. when you switch if off, if should come to rest in the correct position.
