Scorpio Tailgate

Hi Guys.
Need further help please, I have fitted a switch to the lock barrel, I have fitted a motor/solenoid also to the tailgate lock, Nothing.
I have tried the wiring to ther motor a Black, its a good earth, and a yellow & Green, nothing on it, I have checked back to the plugs in the tailgate I have a good connection at each one, I have checked at the grommets where the wires join the main body, top of the tailgate all seems ok no chaffing, I just seem short of live feeds, where do these wire go to? the drawing 41-01-009, seems to feed back to the central control module, is this the one behind the glove box, if so I have change this also, still nothing.
One thing I am not clear about, when looking at this ccm, there is a third plug socket with nothing in it, there is also a multi pin plug strapped to the left side of this unit, I am sure the two will not go together, any body got any ideas please, is this the correct ccm.
The one I have fitted is out of a cosworth and am sure its ok.
Where do the wires go from the tailgate, through the passenger side sill to the front, are there any other connection between the two.
