Boot locks?

I need to replace my boot lock,due to the key not working it.Do i have to get a lock from another scorpio or will any ford boot lock do the job.

Tried wd40,no luck.even tried taking the lock to bits cleaning it and oiling it still no luck,even the red master key wont work open it,will keep at it though thanks lads.
